(1) Whether the copper sleeve in contact with the needle at the lower end of the marking head cylinder is worn too much, otherwise it should be replaced;
(2) When the power is not working, shake the cylinder head of the marking head gently along the X direction and Y direction to see if the direction is loose. If there is a gap, check whether the synchronous belt is too loose, whether the synchronous belt press plate is loose, whether the synchronous belt wheel is loose between the motor shaft, and reconnect or tighten;
(3) Check whether there are impurities on the guide rail of the two-dimensional table of the pneumatic marking machine and whether it is loose
